01 / THE SPIRIT OF THE TRIO
Swing as a legacy.
Freedom, shared.
A smooth voice, two guitars and a double bass. My Favourite Swing brings the drive of jazz manouche together with the elegance of vocal jazz.
Jean, Philippe and Brice make the standards their own with distinctive arrangements, relaxed virtuosity and plenty of room for improvisation. On stage, glances are exchanged, instruments answer one another, and the audience becomes part of the trio’s connection.
Their musical world brings together the influences of Django Reinhardt, Frank Sinatra, Chet Baker and Ella Fitzgerald.
